Instructions for Presentations
Oral presentations will be with data-show, unless authors request other media.
Authors may use their own lap-top computers with the data-show projector, but the organizing committee recommends that presentations be in PowerPoint on a CD-ROM, since this will permit sessions to continue without interruptions for the installation of different computers. It is also a good idea to bring a back-up copy on another CD, as well.
The allotted time for each oral presentation during a symposium is 20 minutes, but this may be increased by a symposium's convener, taking into account the allowance of sufficient time for general discussion and conclusions.
Presenting authors should get in touch with the conveners of their symposiums if they require extra time for their talks or demonstrations or if they have special projection equipment requests.
Poster size should not exceed 1 m (width) by 1.5 m (height). Posters sent in advance by e-mail can be printed by the IBAC Organizing Committee at nominal cost to the authors.
