There will be no refund for paid fees. However, the fee may be transferred to another person up to 5 days before the congress (September 3rd).

As decided in la Rochelle general meeting, student fees includes R$ 50, and professional includes R$ 100 to finance the travel grant. Travel grant contribution is already included.

Accompanying person fee does not include social dinner nor the guided tour. It does include the opening cocktail, and coffee breaks. Children younger than 15 are free.
