Pousada dos Pirineus was the venue for large meetings such as American Behavior Society Annual Meeting or the Brazilian National Herpetology Congress, so that the hotel has a great structure and the necessary experience to hold an impeccable XXIV IBAC.

The city is surrounded by nature, including a great number of breathtaking waterfalls and Cerrado’s fragments, that will make the IBAC experience singular.

Originated as a small mining camp in the early eighteenth century and imbedded at the foot of the Pyrenees mountain range, Pirenópolis currently encompasses one of the richest collections of historical endowments of the Midwest, registered by the National Cultural Heritage in 1989.

HOW TO GET TO PIRENÓPOLIS

The easier way to get to Pirenopolis is through Brasília International Airport (JK)

Transportation

Congress will arrange Brasília-Pirenópolis transportation on September 8th, 2013

and Pirenópolis-Brasília on September 13th, 2013 for R$ 98,00 round trip.

According to the flight information given by the participants during registration the organization will schedule the departure schedule for both ways and will then inform the participants.

Note: If there is enough people arriving and departing on different dates, we may set additional buses.
