IMPORTANT !
If you haven't submitted an abstract (before the deadlines), and you
are willing to attend the conference, please, send us an email to bioac2011@gmail.com,
and do not register via Paypal. Indeed, we have received a large amount
of submissions and registrations, and unfortunately we won't be able
to accept everybody (170 seats available in total). We hope to let you
know in July if there is any opportunity to attend the conference. We
are really sorry for this inconvenience.
If you have submitted more than one abstract,
only one (the first submission) has been considered since we received
a large amount of submissions (more than 180 abstracts). So, we won't
send any email regarding these second submissions.

*Students:
undergraduate, master and PhD students. Postdoc fellows will pay standard

Payment will be processed online through
Paypal. There will be no refunds of registration fees if cancellation
occurs after the 9th of September.

The
registration fee includes an icebreaker reception (monday night),
all coffee breaks, and a free entrance to visit the aquarium.
For lunch, there are many restaurants or coffee shops on the Old
Harbour near the Aquarium and participants can also use the restaurant
at the Aquarium.
Excursion and banquet tickets can now be purchased on Paypal until
29th august 2011.
Accompanying persons are welcome for the social events (excursion
and conference dinner).

Abstracts for talks and posters should be sent

before the 15th May 2011.
Please, use the following format to submit
your abstract (copy and past text in your email)
1- Name of the participant
2-Affiliation: including full address, phone, email.
3- Title of the contribution including authors list.
4- Abstract (300 words max)
5- Preference: poster or talk (when possible, choose one proposed symposium
or leave it blank)
The number of participants is
limited (170 seats available), so please, register in the same time
you submit your abstract.
Conference T-shirts and Mugs NEW
IBAC
2011 T-shirts and mugs will be available at the conference site !
The number of conference items is limited,
so you do NEED to pre-order them by sending
an email (subject: Tshirt and mug) to bioac2011@gmail.com
indicating the number of t-shirts (including size: S, M, L, XL and model
type: man or woman), and/or the number of mugs. The costs are 10€
for a T-shirt and 6€ for a mug. Payments will be processed by cash
at the confence site.
